• Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools to manage the recruitment process efficiently
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on best practices for recruitment
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate data

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in the dental industry
• Proven track record of successfully hiring and onboarding top talent
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, and other ATS tools
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and organization
