📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain asset data using SAP and Excel, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct regular asset audits and inspections to identify any discrepancies or issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure asset information is up-to-date and relevant.
• Prepare and analyze reports on asset performance and utilization.
• Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures.
• Provide training and support to staff on asset management best practices.
• Monitor and manage asset maintenance schedules to ensure timely and effective maintenance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in asset management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in asset management, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Proficient in SAP and Excel, with a strong understanding of asset management modules.
• Certification in asset management or related field is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
