📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement BCM frameworks tailored to IT and operations needs.
Conduct regular risk assessments and business impact analyses (BIA) to identify critical processes and resources.
Develop and maintain continuity plans, including backup and recovery procedures.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuity plans are up-to-date and effective.
Conduct training sessions to educate employees on business continuity principles and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of continuity plans through regular drills and exercises.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in business continuity management.
Report on BCM performance and recommend improvements to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business continuity management, preferably in IT and operations.
Certification in business continuity management (e.g., CIPP/ITIL/ISO 22301) is a plus.
Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using BCM software tools such as ContinuitySA, BCMS, or similar.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
