📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage the health of layer flocks, including daily health checks and disease prevention.
• Implement and maintain biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Conduct regular health assessments and record keeping using software like FarmVet or similar systems.
• Collaborate with veterinarians and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement health management programs to improve flock productivity and welfare.
• Provide training and guidance to farmers on best practices in poultry health management.
• Conduct routine audits and inspections to ensure adherence to health and biosecurity protocols.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in poultry health management and biosecurity through continuous learning and professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in poultry health management, preferably in the commercial layer sector.
• Certification in Poultry Health Management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of biosecurity protocols and industry standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using poultry health management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
