📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct routine and non-routine quality inspections on incoming raw materials, finished products, and during production processes.
• Perform sensory evaluations and taste tests to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Analyze and interpret quality data using LabVIEW and SAS software.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with local and international food safety regulations and standards, including HACCP and ISO 22000.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on quality assurance procedures.
• Collaborate with suppliers to improve product quality and reduce defects.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records and reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance in the food and beverage industry.
• Certification in HACCP and ISO 22000 is a plus.
• Proficient in using LabVIEW and SAS software for quality data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry in Indonesia is an advantage.
