📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of MT4 and MT5 platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Manage a team of platform operators, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve platform reliability.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and updates on the trading platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for trading platforms.
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and documentation for the trading platforms.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for trading platform issues.
• Participate in system upgrades and maintenance activities to minimize downtime.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in trading platform operations, with a focus on MT4 and MT5.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a team of platform operators.
• Strong understanding of trading platform architecture and technologies.
• Certification in trading platform operations or related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements for trading platforms.
