📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute high-profile events, from conception to completion, ensuring they align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to secure the best services and resources for our events.
• Manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build a loyal and engaged audience.
• Leverage social media and digital platforms to promote and market our events, increasing our reach and engagement.
• Analyze event performance data to identify trends and opportunities for future events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate event strategies into broader marketing campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event planning and execution, with a proven track record of delivering successful events.
• Proficient in using event management software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or similar tools.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
