📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections.
• Track and monitor customer payments using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Resolve any discrepancies in customer invoices and payments.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Prepare and analyze monthly AR reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the AR department.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
