📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of APL Tower, ensuring smooth and efficient building management.
• Maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of building activities.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, security, and maintenance services.
• Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage and supervise a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or building supervision.
• Proven track record in managing building operations and maintaining high standards of service.
• Strong knowledge of building management systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
