• Welcome and assist clients at the front desk, ensuring a warm and professional greeting.
• Handle cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, with accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide information and advice on banking and financial products to clients.
• Assist with the processing of loans and other financial services as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front office area, ensuring a pleasant environment for clients.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data protection protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian.
• Basic knowledge of banking and financial products.
