📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the Salesforce platform to enhance customer interactions and improve sales processes.
Develop and implement CRM best practices and strategies to align with business objectives.
Train team members on Salesforce and provide ongoing support to ensure effective system usage.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM technologies and industry trends.
Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on CRM initiatives and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in CRM management, particularly with Salesforce.
Certification in Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer is a plus.
Strong understanding of business software development and CRM best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Knowledge of Jakarta's business environment and customer base is a plus.
