📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and organized environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Analyze sales data and implement strategies to improve performance and drive growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a steady supply of products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the regional office to ensure the store aligns with company goals and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a similar retail environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry trends and best practices.
