PT Mitra Damar is seeking a talented SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website. This is a full-time position located in Baturaja, Sumatera Selatan. The salary range for this role is Rp 16.000.000 – Rp 22.000.000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for content optimization.
  • Create and optimize website content, including blog posts, articles, and product descriptions, to improve search engine visibility.
  • Monitor website performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to enhance SEO efforts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry influencers and bloggers to drive brand awareness and traffic.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO efforts with overall business goals.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize website performance and user experience.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic web development concepts is a plus.
