📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and analysis.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Provide expert advice and recommendations to clients on shipping solutions.,Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.,Monitor market trends and competition to identify new opportunities.,Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure consistent performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the shipping or logistics industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong understanding of shipping regulations and industry standards.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
