Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions and requirements,Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements,Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and provide feedback,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry,Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent,Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
