📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently,Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's business goals,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Work closely with other departments, such as finance, marketing, and sales, to ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's overall strategy,Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Identify and implement new operational processes and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a similar industry,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and team management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in using operational software and tools,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
