🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting.,Proven track record of leading FP&A teams and driving financial strategy.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.,Proficiency in financial modeling tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.,Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to guide and develop team members.,Knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices in financial planning and analysis.
