📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure that all staff members are trained and motivated to provide exceptional service to customers.,Maintain high standards of food quality, portion sizes, and presentation.,Manage the restaurant's budget, including food costs, labor costs, and other expenses.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure that the restaurant is clean, safe, and compliant with all health and safety regulations.,Monitor customer feedback and use it to improve the dining experience.,Lead and motivate the team to achieve the restaurant's goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.,Proven track record of success in managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with marketing and customer service strategies is a plus.
