📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure cost efficiency and quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is a plus.
