📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and implement quality control processes to ensure products meet established standards.,Inspect products to identify defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Develop and maintain quality control procedures and documentation.,Train and mentor junior QC inspectors to ensure consistent quality standards.,Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Analyze and report on quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure all quality control activities are documented and maintained in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control inspection, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and regulations.,Proven experience in training and mentoring junior inspectors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Ability to conduct thorough inspections and make objective judgments.
