📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and deliver impactful training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
  • Mentor and coach employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement learning and development strategies that drive employee growth and organizational success.
  • Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
