🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in transmigration or related fields.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large-scale programs and projects.
• Strong understanding of national and provincial transmigration policies and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
