VERTEX Indonesia is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract management. If you are passionate about procurement and eager to learn, we would love to have you on board.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process by identifying and evaluating potential suppliers.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Maintain and update supplier records and procurement documentation.,Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve relationships.,Support the procurement team in managing budgets and ensuring cost efficiency.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.,Provide administrative support to the procurement team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
