📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve business processes.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Conduct regular operational reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.,Manage operational budgets and resources to optimize performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role in the operations or management field.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using operational management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and business practices is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
