CV Tirta Cempaka is looking for a Finance Manager to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing financial analysis and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support business decision-making.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements and tax filings.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.,Monitor and control the company's financial performance and profitability.,Provide financial training and support to staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage remote teams.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial laws and regulations is a plus.
