As an HSE Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs that align with national and international standards. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and mitigating risks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting continuous improvement in our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs in accordance with national and international standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential hazards in the workplace.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide training and education to employees and contractors on health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with management to ensure the integration of health, safety, and environmental considerations into business operations.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to health, safety, and environmental performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in health, safety, and environmental management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in the retail or commercial sector.
• Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Professional or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of national and international health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using health, safety, and environmental management software such as SAP, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
• Familiarity with environmental impact assessment and sustainability reporting.
