📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, routing, and dispatching.,Ensure all vehicles are well-maintained and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Handle vehicle inspections and maintenance scheduling to prevent breakdowns.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and recommend improvements.,Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of managing a fleet effectively.,Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
