📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and control the company's financial resources, including cash and investments.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and guidance to senior management on financial matters.,Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
