📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and profitability.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors to achieve organizational goals.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.,Lead and participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong knowledge of financial management, strategic planning, and operations management.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of and experience in the agricultural or food industry is a plus.,Certifications in project management or strategic planning are a plus.
