📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide legal advice and support to the commercial team, including contract review and negotiation,Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the EMEA region,Assist in the development and implementation of commercial policies and procedures,Conduct legal due diligence on business transactions and partnerships,Manage and oversee legal aspects of business operations, including mergers and acquisitions,Stay up-to-date with legal developments and industry trends to proactively address potential risks,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and risk management,Represent Stripe in legal matters and negotiations as required

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Jurusan Hukum atau Hukum Bisnis dengan gelar sarjana atau magister,Pengalaman minimal 5 tahun sebagai Commercial Counsel atau posisi hukum serupa di industri teknologi atau finansial,Paham dengan hukum dan regulasi di EMEA, termasuk GDPR dan regulasi keuangan,Kemampuan untuk bekerja dengan tim lintas fungsi dan berkomunikasi dengan tingkat tinggi,Keahlian dalam kontrak dan negosiasi,Pengalaman dalam manajemen risiko dan kepatuhan hukum,Keahlian dalam bahasa Inggris dan Prancis adalah nilai tambah,Dapat bekerja secara mandiri dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi
