📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.,Monitor and report on branch performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving targets.,Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Familiarity with local business regulations and practices is a plus.
