Leaf Point Sentosa is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the cashiering operations, ensuring smooth transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records.,Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.,Train and mentor junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent shortages and overstocking.,Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement operational improvements.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or a similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Proven ability to train and mentor junior staff.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.
